I called in to inquire about working up a rental agreement to rent our house out and Tyler informed me there is a form available for free online that I didn’t know about! He was very thorough and helpful with putting together my trust. My husband had just passed away at age 36 and I was in no way able to plan for the worst in case something happened to me. Tyler walked me through it and made all the arrangements to get my trust finalized. He even assisted with some checks that came in my husband's name that I was unable to deposit since his name was no longer on my account. So I had the opportunity to sit down with Tyler Melling to talk about what I would need to do if I was to remarry and how to make sure my boys would be taken care of if I passed away early on. Tyler is so knowledgeable and well spoken he gave me so many ideas on what I could do and also the reasoning behind prenups in second marriages so that both parties and their children are protected. I had no idea the risks that are out there if you go into a second marriage (especially with children) that could affect the future my boys. Tyler even took the time to go over my life ins policy to help me better distribute the funds to make sure my boys will be taken care of if I die. I would recommend anyone thinking about a second marriage taking the time to talk to Tyler about the options and out comes if anything where to happen to either party.
